In this episode, I discuss the 5 specific habit changes that have made the BIGGEST difference in my mind, body, and health in the last three years (while I’ve lost nearly 20 lbs!) - I walk you through how and why these things made a difference for me (including some of the science!!)

I also open up about my adolescent misery, starting in grade school, with body image struggles, feeling out of control around my body, and carrying unhelpful beliefs. I share my journey about my own resentment of my body throughout high school and college - and I share it to help you see how what I’ve accomplished isn’t unique or special - it’s so possible for YOU, too. 

I dive into how learning more about the definition of health changed my perspective big time and helped me move away from quick fixes and cookie-cutter diets.

More importantly, I start this episode with a discussion of where to actually start… it may surprise you that my first step for you isn’t diving into all five of these habits. I coach you through deciding where and how to start and why having a destination in mind is going to matter.
