“Oh my gosh, where do I start?! The obvious results are in body recomposition. You encouraged me to join a gym so I could truly reap the benefits of hypertrophy training. which led to me getting stronger than I thought I ever could be. I am so proud of what my body can do and the muscle I have visible now. Aside from the physical results though, I also started therapy because you helped me realize what an impact my daily stress was having on my physical health.

During my cut I kept expecting my gym lifts to suffer but, I can promise you, Julia had me eating just enough calories that I really never felt like it was super hard like I had experienced in the past.
I can go into a restaurant [After working with julia] and know what to order. I can eat the doughnut and not feel guilty about it. I have food freedom. Something I haven't had since I was 15 years old.
I'm getting stronger in the gym, and I seriously feel so positive about my growth this year so far. I'm much more body positive then I have ever been and that is huge improvement for my mental health.
