✔️Short answer: not a great source of protein
✔️Longer answer: it does contain some protein & there’s no need to cut it out, if you enjoy it!!

2 tablespoons is 190 calories &
- 8 grams of protein
- 3 grams of fiber
- 16 grams of fat

(TO COMPARE THIS CHICKEN BREAST: 4 oz is about 187 calories & 35 grams of protein)

Peanut butter is also a good source of:
* Vitamin E
* Niacin
* Manganese
* Vitamin B6
* Magnesium
