High-Fiber High-Protein Vanilla Chia Pudding

I’ve seen a variety of methods and recipes so I’m sharing what’s worked for me which comes from a few recipes I’ve seen.

It’s SOOO simple, yall.

How I made it:

  • 6 oz unsweet vanilla almond milk

  • 1 scoop of Truvani vanilla 

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup 

  • Dash of vanilla extract

  • Dash of cinnamon 

Mix it up!! And then refrigerate for at least at 1-2 hours before eating. 

Enjoy!!!

Serve with PB, nuts, coconut shavings, berries, granola, Greek yogurt, chocolate chips… the sky is the limit!!!


Macros for the base:

308 calories

13 grams fat

20.5 grams carb

10.5 grams fiber

26 grams protein
