High-Protein 5-Minute Turkey Club Sandwich
Here’s what you needed ⬇️
🤍 4 oz turkey deli meat (I used @wholefoods 365 brand) = 24 grams protein
🤍 1 slice of cheese = 5 grams protein
🤍 2 slices of bacon (I used Kirkland @costco brand, it’s pre-cooked) = 10 grams protein
🤍 2 slices of thin whole grain bread (I used one from Whole Foods but @daveskillerbread would work!) = 8 grams protein
In a cut, lower-fat cheese and turkey bacon would be a good switch, for lower calories while maintaining most of the protein
If I had lettuce and tomato, I’d have added that too 😉
