The More Mindful Podcast is a podcast for women who are ready to define their own one-of-a-kind healthy life, so they can look and feel good from the inside out - instead of continuing to fall into the cycle of black and white food rules & restrictive diets that get in the way of a life they love.
kind words from clients
Hi, Iβm Julia!
I help women βchoose-their-own-adventureβ & create a diet according to their own goals, bodies, and lifestyles.
You wonβt find a cookie cutter approach here.
So, why βEat More with Juliaβ?
After over a decade of thinking only about eating less, I was fed up sick of feeling stuck...
Every day, I walked a tightropeβ¦ I couldnβt enjoy a fun meal or a night out without a cloud of guilt.
I could not handle another day. My anxiety and stress was a downward spiral - and I wasnβt even getting me the results I wanted!
So I kissed the restriction goodbye and dove into the world of learning how to nourish my body, be satisfied by food, and feel safe to eat without guiltβ¦
I was amazed at how my body responded when I started to eat more in a way that suited MY body and MY goals.
Instead of following one more black and white dietβ¦ I created a diet uniquely for me with these principles. I lost 15 lbs AND I had all the tools I needed to actually keep it offβ¦ which Iβd never been able to do before.
It wasnβt just about βfreedomβ from counting macrosβ¦ it also came from re-focusing on my core values & rewiring my thoughts about food, so I could feel in control around food without feeling like I βshouldnβtβ enjoy it.
I could love food AND be a healthy, fit person, without giving up a fun and social life in the meantime.
With these lessons in mind, Eat More with Julia was born.
I show my clients how to make food feel simple⦠by teaching them about macros, mindful eating and eating skills (yes, eating is something we can get better at!) without making it complicated!
